Purpose of the Program
For 45 years, the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) has been addressing this challenge by developing and encouraging growth in STEM disciplines among African American scholars. With a proven, focused approach to improving retention for African American students in engineering fields, NSBE has been a catalyst for growth and retention for Blacks in engineering around the world.
